CLASS POLICIES

Class Sizes are Limited. Payment is required at time of enrollment to reserve a space in class.

Owners are expected to follow CLASS RULES.

Families with Dogs - Because having and training a dog is a family affair, we encourage family members and kids to come to class with the handler. However, it is important that some guidelines be followed with regard to children.

  • Children must be under parental control at all times.

  • Handlers must be at least 10 years of age (subject to instructor discretion).

  • Children may not pet or handle other dogs in class without the owner's permission.

Multiple Dogs - For safety reasons, we require each dog to have an individual handler.

Barking - All dogs bark and a certain amount is to be expected. However, dogs that bark excessively in class may need individual training sessions to address the cause of the barking . If you are uncertain or are having trouble with barking at home or on walks, please contact us to schedule a class behavior evaluation at no charge before registering.

CLASS REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY

As a small business, cancellations affect us significantly. For this reason, funds paid for classes are non-refundable. Please check your schedule and read all class information before registering and submitting payment.

If you discover before the class start date that you are unable to attend a class for which you registered, please contact us right away to discuss alternate arrangements.

Once classes have started, no refunds or credits will be given.  4Paws University may provide alternative arrangements in extreme circumstances, but does not give guarantees as to the availability of such arrangements.


PRIVATE LESSON REFUND POLICY

We require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to secure appointments for private lessons. The full amount of the deposit will be applied to the initial consultation.

All additional appointments will require payment in full at the time of scheduling and require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel via phone and/or email to avoid loss of fees paid.

Any cancellation without rescheduling will result in an administrative charge of $25.00.

We do not refund fees for missed/canceled appointments due to circumstances beyond our control.


PRIVACY POLICY

4Paws University, Inc. ("4Paws") takes privacy seriously.  4Paws will never rent, sell, or give away our clients' information, including email addresses and online habits, unless directed to by a court of law or by the client.

4Paws will never use any information available about its clients in any manner that would be deemed unethical.


SECURITY POLICY

The security of the information that you provide to us is very important to us.  Hence, we have taken several measures to protect your information. 

All transactions involving sensitive information, such as your credit/debit card number, are conducted using a SSL (Secure Socket Layer protocol) connection.  This connection provides increased security to the information as it is transmitted to our website. 

We will only use your credit/debit card number for the processing of our payment. 

Other sensitive information that we may collect will not be disclosed to third parties unless we are required to do so by law.

In no event will we ever release your credit/debit card or payment information, except as necessary to receive payment.
