We offer group classes for puppies and adult dogs. Our classes are small, limited to no more than six dogs in each class, so that you receive the personal attention you need to be successful.
All classes are held at our Training and Behavior Center in Sacramento.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long is each class?
Each class includes six lessons of approximately 1 hour in length. The exception is the orientation, which is 1.5 hours.
Is each class held on the same day/night of the week?
Yes. All lessons are held on the same day of the week as the first lesson (ie, classes that begin on Tuesday will always be held on Tuesday).
What happens if I have to miss a class?
Students will have access to lesson handouts and videos, so they can review the missed lesson online and practice at home. We discourage missing more than one lesson in a 6-week course.
We are not able to permit substitute handlers to attend class in your place (training is about the owners, not the dogs, after all!).
Do I bring my dog to the first class?
No. All classes include a "human training" orientation, which is held the first day of each class. This class is held without dogs.
My dog barks at other dogs when on walks, will your group classes fix that problem?
No. Group classes are not an appropriate learning environment to address this behavior, regardless of whether the barking is caused by excitement, fear or aggression. Read why.
